For this reason, we do not provide daily room cleaning unless you request it via WhatsApp or at the front desk, at no additional cost. This initiative offers you greater privacy while helping save up to 2,400 liters of water per month and reduce the use of cleaning chemicals by 31%. In partnership with WWF Colombia, we are committed to protecting Andean ecosystems.

We plant native trees with Indigenous communities in Vaupés and Guainía, in areas of extreme poverty. Each tree is a direct source of income for a family, and the species we plant also produce food. The 4,800 trees planted so far will capture about 5,348 metric tons of CO₂ over the next 45 years.
