POLICY FOR THE PREVENTION OF ILLEGAL FLORA, FAUNA AND CULTURAL PROPERTY TRAFFICKING:

THE HOST undertakes not to support nor practice the illegal trade of cultural goods, neither to carry out illicit exploitation of renewable natural resources and trafficking flora and fauna, according to the Colombian legislation in force.

    The Hotel is 100% smoke free, due to Art. 19 of Law 1335 of 2009, smoking is not allowed inside the rooms or in public areas. Failure to comply with this regulation may incur additional charges for deodorization of the room that will be reflected on your bill.

The foreigner residing abroad must prove his condition by presenting the original passport; the Andean card or the Mercosur card proving your immigration status with the current PIP-3, PIP-5, or PIP-6, or PIP-10; or the current Temporary Visa TP-7, or TP-11, or TP-12; according to the purpose that assists the resident abroad to enter the country without the intention of establishing himself in it, in accordance with the provisions of Decree 1067 of 2015, modified by Decree 1743 of 2015, Resolution 5512 of 2015 of the Ministry of Foreign Relations, and other regulations that modify, add or replace such regulation.
  • POLICY FOR THE PREVENTION OF COMMERCIAL SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF CHILDREN, GIRLS AND ADOLESCENTS (ESCNNA)
    At bh Hotels we are committed to protecting the fundamental rights of children and adolescents as established under Colombian Law (Law 1329, 1336 and 1098). To this end, we have become multiplying agents by implementing within the company, suppliers, clients and contractors, the Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Boys, Girls and Adolescents (ESCNNA). To comply with the Code of Conduct, we implement control, prevention, blocking and reporting mechanisms for all kinds of commercial sexual exploitation and sexual abuse of minors.
