Site Visit Trackers

  • We only receive an email when a user writes to us using an email link. There are no third-party data processors or intermediaries involved.  
    The data is collected in an email and sent to us via the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP). Our SMTP servers are protected by TLS (sometimes known as SSL) which means that the content of the email is encrypted before being sent over the internet. The content of the email is then decrypted on our local computers and devices.

Abandoned Cart Recovery Emails

  • As part of the Revenue Recovery model, we work with remarketing companies to send notification messages if you have abandoned your cart without making a purchase. This serves the sole purpose of reminding customers to complete their purchase if they wish to do so. Remarketing companies capture your email and cookies in real-time to send an email invitation to complete the transaction if the customer abandons the cart. However, the customer's email is deleted from their database as soon as the purchase is completed.

  • We do not sell our customers' information or the information of those under 16 years old to third-party data collectors and, therefore, the “Do Not Sell My Data” opt-out button is optional on our website.
